Full transparency, consistent updates with company progress, and openness to listen to employees and willingness to implement something new even if it goes against how things have been traditionally done.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Ideally, it would be great to get paid more so I feel fairly compensated for the work that I do. I would also appreciate more flexibility in terms of "summer hours" during the months of June/July, more PTO accrual, an increase in floating holidays, 4 day work weeks, 8-4 work schedule.
