I have enjoyed working with ap/ this past few months have been concerning when it was announced that there may be layoffs

I feel like ES are under paid and there hasn't been a significant pay increase to keep ES from leaving and finding a job that will pay more

The culture of company is very transparent, and I love that. I feel like I am apart of all aspects of the company. The culture is what makes me want to stay

The cost of living has changed, and I think the pay should be comparable to that. The role of an ES should start at 65k if someone is required to have 3 years of experience
