I used to love working for legacy WUNI. When we merged into a new company, I was very hopeful; however, the model has changed to be less work-life balance, more top heavy, and a feeling of constant change. It's hard to achieve success when the software, management, and roles keep shifting.

Transparency and pay scales. I am aware of other colleagues with the same title and less or equivalent work experience making more than I do.

Very meeting heavy, work load has doubled over the last few months, lack of culture on my team whereas others have come together in person. Value seems to be placed on directors and above.
