Rite Aid – Pharmacy in my area is wonderful to its pharmacists, technician pay has improved but should be higher and better raises granted for those who perform wonderfully. Pharmacy is focusing much more on employee happiness than competitors, not always with pay, but overall. Tough industry right now.
