They are very open and honest with how they want the company to move forward. Having everyone aligned to specific goals which make the day to day functions that much clearer!

talking with my coworkers, and talking with prospects. I am a people person so I love to communicate with others. The fact that I can have that be a part of my job is fantastic!

Again the biggest component of the culture here at Smarsh would have to be the employees. Everyone at the company is dedicated to creating success and its not just personal. They want YOU to do the best job you can because it helps out everyone else at the same time.

really with me being some what newer to the company, the biggest thing I have noticed is how open everyone is to helping. It seems like everyone is willing to lend a hand whenever you need help, and that is such a breath of fresh air compared to my last job.
