Onboarding is great. There is a 2 day session you take a few weeks after you join. It is really interactive and not boring. Everyone is really welcoming.

The excuse for a layoff is absolutely absurd. Their reasoning had nothing to do with why I was laid off. If that would of been the case, then over 50 employees or more would of been laid off as well.
