What's the Customer Support team like at Smarsh?
It's definitely the best support job I've had. Not perfect but the team is pretty great.
What's the HR team like at Digital Reasoning?
The HR team (called our People & Culture Team) is singularly dedicated to supporting our employees, starting with constant improvements to our hiring efforts, onboarding new employees, and being extremely responsive to employee requests for assistance with benefits questions and any other problems. They are all dedicated!
How's the vacation policy at Digital Reasoning?
It is great! We have an open PTO policy.

The interview process is quite involved. There are several levels of interviews to go through. Other than that it is pretty typical: a mixture of questions and discussion about the role goals and expectations.
What makes you most happy at Digital Reasoning?
The culture feels like a family. We recognize each other's successes and are concerned with everyone's well-being.
What is the best part about your compensation package at Digital Reasoning?
The best part of my compensation package is the PTO policy. The healthcare/salary/stocks are great but the work/life balance is the best.

We are a growing company and the leadership is fairly new to their roles but are fair, hard-workers who communicate effectively.
