What I like most about the leadership team is there focus and commitment to holding to the budget. There is a lot of focus on improving our financials and it starts with the messaging from leadership to find savings where possible.

Based on recent market research, the base salary could be higher.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very friendly and open to questions from a new employee.

Most are helpful, approachable, and willing to answer questions. Immediate management is flexible and makes it easy to accommodate personal needs while still getting the work done.

My team knows how to buckle down when needed and they are always very helpful with roadblocks or issues we run into. I feel comfortable coming to them with any questions I may have and have the confidence they can help in any way needed.

Great office, big windows, and friendly people.

Generally very informal and pragmatic, not pompous or officious. People are highly cooperative. Management generally more interested in problem-solving than in technicalities.
