Overall it's among the most positive work environments I've been at. There are sometimes frustrations, but the positives far outweigh them.

Pay is good, benefits package is comprehensive. Hard to choose between the two.

I do not feel I have a clear enough picture of what they are doing to make a judgment.

Generally very informal and pragmatic, not pompous or officious. People are highly cooperative. Management generally more interested in problem-solving than in technicalities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are helpful, approachable, and willing to answer questions. Immediate management is flexible and makes it easy to accommodate personal needs while still getting the work done.
