Review from Customer Support Dept

The salary, Hands down. The rest is good - not the best I've ever had but above average for a company this size.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Salary and 401 K plan

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Based on recent market research, the base salary could be higher.

Review from Finance Dept

Based on starting salaries for new employees for same/similar position.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Considering experience and work pressure ,feel that compensation can be adjusted to market value rest all good .

Review from Customer Support Dept

I would prefer a higher hourly wage.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better parental leave and better annual base salary.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I would love a tiered and transparent system showing all compensation (at least to a boil and below). Names would be left off, but I would to know if I

Review from Customer Success Dept

People being hired after me at a more senior position not knowing as much about our products as I do makes me feel undervalued. I believe having more experience with out products qualifies me to be at a higher level of seniority than I currently am.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Maybe if the pay was evaluated based on workload and performance compared to peers. Also I was denied my full merit increase without a valid reason.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The pay disparity on the team and no promotion since I have been hired.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel my base salary should be $10k higher based on the duties I perform.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The company doesn't pay based on contributions and production an employee brings to the organization. So...you have new employees making $10K plus per year more than employees who've been with the company for years. So senior employees have no value in the organization...it seems.

Review from IT Dept

Smarsh wants top-performers and people who will "raise the game" but pays entry-level and first-level managers just at market.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I know (and Smarsh knows) that they are not the highest paying company in the software industry. Yet they work their employees extremely hard and expect the impossible.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel undervalued because of my compensation

Review from Customer Success Dept

Make market comparisons for compensation transparent - don't just tell employees to "trust us."

Review from Operations Dept

Being paid at least what the new people on the team are making.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Being with the company for a while now and havent seen much increase in salary even though I show a commitment to the company and have been praised by multiple teams/departments over the years.

Review from Sales Dept

Rate of pay is a below median average for similar jobs. and cost of living in the city.

Review from Customer Support Dept

overworked, underpaid, lack of support from the top, very little room to succeed and move up

Review from Customer Support Dept

I'm not being paid what was told to me at hire. I've tried to remedy that, but nothing has changed. I could have made $20-30k more at the other job that wanted to hire me at the time of decision based on this. My decision was swayed by incorrect information. Pay me what you said you would.
