The people are the most positive thing about the culture. There are a lot of very talented and wonderful people here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is knowing that I'm at least at market rate for my role and experience. I also like being fully vested in my employer match portion of my 401k.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we are all realists and understand where we are at as a company. This helps ensure we are all focused and moving in the same direction and don't have clouded judgement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about the leadership team is there focus and commitment to holding to the budget. There is a lot of focus on improving our financials and it starts with the messaging from leadership to find savings where possible.
