My overall experience in the company is that I am grateful to be here, however there are some work environment issues that tend to discourage me sometimes. Regardless of intention or not, I feel as though managment has a mindset that they can say or do things out of line because they have the title.

I feel the most positive things are that for the most part we all respect everyone at the workplace.

As a whole, the team works well together and the majority of us encourage and always helps each other out when needed.

Overall I just want to be looked at seriously as a person on the team sometimes. Not neccessarily asking for words of encouragment and praise but acknowledging how I comtribute to the team.
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
I personally feel as though I truely put effort to my job and want to value everyone within my work enviroment. However its discouraging to hear management say "they are just another body that cuts", or to set a unnecessary competitive precendent within the job makes it hard to want to be here.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel undervalued because I feel as though no matter how hard I work and try to go above and beyond, I continue to be overlooked on. I feel as though we are trying to incentivize others to join the team and not have the same energy for the people who have been here while being understaffed.
