Working with clients. No offense to females, but working with men is generally laid back and enjoyable. Clients are respectful and attentive when discussing hair styles and products.

The majority of my coworkers are friendly and helpful. We work as a team and treat each other with respect. There is always the 1 narcissistic employee and unfortunately she is an assistant manager. Her leadership skills are lacking as she prefers to talk down and back bite coworkers.
