
Viewing employees as people. Understanding that a balance of home and work is important. Communicating with your employees before throwing accusations or assumptions. Allowing the freedom to speak to the owner and not just the area manager.
I believe if we were able to speak To the owner about our concerns things would be very different. Verses going through an area manager where nothing grows after a meeting or conversation. Owners just own, but area managers run the joint. Takes one bad apple
