My cluster has already made a strong collaboration, I do not micromanage but I am making sure they are at their best feet every day to deliver the task with compliance and accuracy resonating with minimal to zero client escalation month over month. We maintain open and transparent communication.

My team members who are making my work stress-free daily. My coworkers whom I considered to be friends outside work; and My CEO who ensures we are well acknowledged and rewarded fairly. Our direct managers whom you can communicate with any time of the day. Other Department Heads who are nice.

The initial Interview that made you feel that it was not an interview but somewhat a new person trying to befriend you helped me to ease the nervousness of doing an application after 6 years from my previous company. Experiencing the new era of doing Online interviews way back in 2020. Rewarding.
