I love how my team consistently works to lift each other up so we can grow together. They're very supportive when anyone asks for help & share tips/tricks we learn along the way. They make me feel like I'm an important part of our group not only as an EA, but also as a person. Such positive energy!

It makes me happy that Momentive creates a safe space for me to be myself & grow personally & professionally. Even though I'm in a more junior role, my manager and team make me feel just as valued as a CEO and empower me to do my best work here. I'm so grateful for the positive energy at Momentive!
