Positive. I would like to have a higher salary but that is the only real negative to the role currently. I enjoy the people I work with and am happy when a customer question is addressed and they leave happy with a positive outcome.

Very good communicators that seem really engaged in what they are saying. Seem very personable which I think is. a great characteristic.

A great mix of different personalities. People are always willing to help, guide, and tutor when asked. My team are funny and highly intelligent.

Getting into a good rhythm answering cases and building off that momentum. It makes me feel like I am competent at my job, which is a nice feeling compared to a few weeks ago when I was struggling to answer cases.

The culture and environment is very supportive and inclusive. From the get go the team were warm and welcoming. My manager is genuinely invested in helping me succeed in the role and doesn't view me a faceless person there to do a job.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I think the benefits package is great but I don't feel that the monetary compensation is very good at all. Perhaps it the nature of the role I have and it is comparable to other non tech customer support jobs in the sector. All I know is it puts a big limit on my ability to save for the future.
