mentally draining/mental breakdowns/panic attacks.impossible sell goals and calls coming back to back with screaming customers demanding I lower their bill and to have to make sell offers to these customers. I cried at work many times and was insulted by managers.

the leaders are not involved enough and do not provide good training and do not respect the employees or the customers.

i didn't like the fact that during the interview i had to stay for 2 hours setting up accounts for the company and making a whole new email etc
