any kind of a feedback loop besides top-down performative declarations of how everything is how it's supposed to be would have been welcome

we know that the compensation is below market average and multiple sites have heard rumors that only significant amount of people leaving would make a difference - that is terribly demoralizing considering the dissonance with celebrating a record year several years in a row.

I have a very good impression regarding the work standards of my peers. Only thing I think would enable us to improve is formalization of information regarding action items in our projects. Too much depends on chaotic spontaneous non-traceable conversations in an office corridor.
