I feel lucky to have got this opportunity to work at Synopsys which is my first ever job. And, honestly I feel great about the team, work, culture, work-life balance and leaves. But, though the company benefits are fairly good, it would be better to have much more goodies, and benefits from company.

My team makes me most happy at work because we share knowledge on the things we are not aware and try to learn new things helpful for our work.

I like how the task is assigned to each individual in team by considering various factors like knowledge on the IP, working environment, leave plans, project buffer time, considers opinions about everyone on a particular topic, encouragement on knowledge sharing and so on.

I feel fortunate to work in a team where there is: 1. proper communication about tasks, company policies, etc. 2. good knowledge sharing skill at every person. 3. good understanding. 4. appreciations and celebrations for ones hardwork or personal life accomplishments. 5. good and genuine guidance.
