I feel Synopsys is a great place to work especially for learning. The work life balance is okay but not that good. Pay is not upto market trend.

The leadership is clear about the goals and that attitude is translating within the team. My manager is very clear in discussing what the team needs and what individual needs in order to progress in our career.

I believe we are underpaid for the work we are doing and time we spend on the work. When the Job Architecture is changing keeping up with market trends why not payscale?. It is good if employees are given certain perks like RSU's and bonuses.

The team is highly motivated. There is always a positive environment within the team. That is what is set us a tone by my manager. We have a platform for sharing ideas which not only boosts our knowledge technically but also lets us understand the thought process of other team members.
