I love going to office each day, doing my core job work, research, putting strategic direction for our management, analyzing and reflecting how to take our team to next level, talking to my manager and meeting colleagues, enjoying lunches', snacks' talks about company future and on personal topics.
They may have a good vision and clarity on big decisions (like of acquisitions) however they are making lot of organization changes suddenly without time to any leadership team to settle. There are job grade changes as well. Anxious on how our future incentives, pay policies, roles will be impacted.
Systematic. Very Good HR policies on some of the benefits. I have a very pleasant experience from HR and Finance as a new joiner on some of the initial challenges. Even they created few exceptions on the lines of their culture "Do what you say and say what you do".
After joining I have realized the industry and young engineers are paid very well inside and outside, so my numeration and stocks can be much better due to strategic and single person role (that requires a team of 10 (avg exp >10 years) in taking the organization towards newer and greater success.
