Disappointing. On paper, it's an amazing place to work in, but the reality of neverending meetings, lack of decision making on mid management levels is striking. Chaos is the word best describing a day in here.

As before, the communication is the key. Way too often information arrives too late or it's not precise enough. This creates a lot of tensions and stress.

I don't feel I am using my potential at all. Many, way too many distractions due to urgent issues on projects, at the same time. No one has time, genuinely, to explain certain topics and it's close to impossible to find the answer by yourself. At least in my line of work here.
