Overall my experience at the company has been a breath of fresh air from coming from a very competitive corporate environment. However, after a few years, I am beginning to feel stuck because I do not see much opportunity for career advancement.

I am most excited by the freedom and independence I have to own my work and make the necessary updates and fixes that I deem are appropriate.

I really appreciate the transparency of monthly Town Halls and quarterly All Hands meetings. These make it easier for employees to see the goals of the company and align with them.

My team takes the time to get to know each other and ask about interests and hobbies outside of work. We always celebrate new milestones and are there for each other.

Most of the people that I interact with have their pronouns listed in their Slack account/Gmail account. Little things like this that are practiced company wide make it feel welcoming and inclusive.

My favorite thing about the leadership team is their transparency. There are monthly town hall meetings that gives us a direct line of communication to the CEO and other members of the leadership team.

What I like best about the leadership team is the ease of access and the transparency. The monthly town halls we hold give us direct insight on where the company is going straight from the mouth of our CEO and other business leaders.

I personally love that most of the people I interact with, including the leadership team, use pronouns in their email signature. It is a small gesture, but it makes a huge impact on me, especially coming from a place of work where that was seen as "unprofessional."
