Everyone is understanding and when work is being assigned they get back to me in time. And everyone respects other knowledge on subject matters and we learn every day.

The work is organised and every one knows what needs to be done, more of an autopilot thing you don't have to ask people this was your duty and you missed that.

They are really understanding of the work culture and provide flexibility to all. The only thing is in terms of growth we always want a salary hike but being hired during covid and seeing other people being hired now. I feel cheated about the hike given to me in comparison to giving to them.

As explained in the last comment was hired during covid and was given a 5 % hike in salary from the last drawn, with the reason given was as it is covid we cant do much.
