It's a great company ,involved to help people less fortunate and environment about work: lately there are many interesting initiatives ( english courses, academy) that will help all of us to grow and become more skilled and professional

Because - Sometimes it's difficult to reach the 80% especially in areas already deveolped ( under this% your bonus isn't paid) - it'd be better to provide a prorata calculation for objectives when sales are on holidays to be sure they can reach their objective - the fixed salary should be higher
