
In my opinion the it is becoming a multicultural company and it is really important and positive. The other departments, managers and colleagues are cooperative and nice
I would have the REAL possibility to change and use all my capacity,experience,be motivated but they want us in the image and likeness of them.I feel undervalued.Management treat us as number.My salary is not correct for my experiences and capacities
Company should control management.People are afraid to write what is going wrong,even if it is anonymous like this survey.Company should give the possibility to its employees too be autonomous, apply to others positions without always pass to the management opinion. Salary are not correct
They're not really interested in every employees and seem open to dialogue,but it's a facade.As soon as you've some ideas they use it as they thought about that. They haven't capacity and real interest to help you developing capacity, professional growth.Company should have a look to the management
