Having conversation other than upset upset vendors. When I have the time to talk to vendors that are happy and can have positive conversations.

extremely supportive. AMR team always has someone to step up when anyone needs help. Love that we share what works well for one so we call all implement those things

Higher base pay. The base pay for my role is not competitive with other companies. This role is very complex are requires different skills that other companies are willing to pay more for.
