As an employee I feel ok about the company and how they treat me. But as an employee that deals with customers, they do not have a handle on the client's experiences with results and it makes my job more difficult with handling the constant complaints.

The unlimted PTO for my team is a big challenge to manage. When a teammember is on PTO the rest of us have to pick up the slack. Some team memebers have taken 8 weeks PTO well others who are more dedicated take 2. Customers canceling because of lack of and poor quality leads
