I like my job, what I do makes me feel good. I end the day feeling fulfilled.
It is a company that is open to cultural, racial, sexual, etc. differences. We are all well accepted regardless of any criteria other than purely work-related.
In the end, our salary is compared with job offers from other companies, but experience, merits, effort, attitude... are not taken into account. This applies to managers as well as to those in charge.
Both with my colleagues and when I work with other teams there is a lot of cooperation and collaboration. Regardless of the grade. We all treat each other as equals and try to help each other. This is changing, though. The new directors are setting a distance.
They ask us to take responsibility, to empower ourselves, they tell us that they are there as lifeguards, but when it comes down to it, they are not. More and more managers keep coming in and making decisions that we used to make, and we have become mere executors.
