The experience has been very positive aside from the lack of structure and resources. There is still a lot that hasn't been updated in over a decade and causes things to move slower and makes daily work less enjoyable. I wish they would invest more in making our worklife easier.

I need structure! There is a huge lack of structure in terms of knowing who does what (the organizational chart is impossible to use) and our team struggles to reach all deadlines for B2B. We need more talent on our team but there is a hiring freeze.
