I have bonded the most with the individuals that I trained with.
Clearer expectations relating to conditions we cannot control as well as holding others in the same roles accountable when they are trying to cut corners, which then creates more work for others in the same role.
Some of the expectations laid out during my interview is very different to what we tolerate currently. Our team leads also do not talk to us with consistent respect. Very passive aggressive tendencies from one of the team leads we are support to rely on. Double standards within members of our team.
