I love a challenge and this job definitely provides one. Seeing the turnover and general unhappiness across many employees is worrisome. Watching people who want to move up getting stuck in one position is worrisome as well. Growth is expressed by the company, but rarely seen actually happening.

The new leadership that has come onboard is very promising. They seem to care more about the employees and true growth in all forms.

Everyone pitches in. We buckle down when things get hard, and we work together to make sure that we are ok mentally and physically while maintaining customer relations.

My team members are the thing that keeps me going. I know I can count on them when things get tough. We share the load as much as possible, and we know we can count on each other.

Job description is everything. If I was solely performing my duties that were previously described, I feel that I would be fairly compensated. Going outside my job description as much as I have to due to matters that must be completed in a timely fashion makes the compensation not equal to the job.

Having to make up for cross functional gaps and incompetence makes every day very hard. Working outside my job description would not be a problem if it was on an as needed basis, but it happens every single day. When someone lets something slip, it is usually up to my team to carry the load.
