I like my direct SLT leader.

I don't know. We need a complete make over. Things have been going wild and bad, and it is a whole different level this year so far.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO and matching for 401k

We are very under paid across the board unless you are a new hire.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Newly hired employees don't seem to integrate well with the existing team, and turnover is really high across the board. New employees don't seem to have a good grasp of what we do (and yet they are getting paid much better) and end up leaving. Many employees are burnt out and left too.

Lots of long hours, but the results make up for the lack of sleep
