I came to Therapy Brands because I believed in the mission, but it has been really sad seeing the company decline year after year and now is just unbearable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need a complete makeover starting from the top.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are very under paid across the board unless you are a new hire.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our products are a mess, and there isn't a clear roadmap on how we are going to fix everything.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I don't know. We need a complete make over. Things have been going wild and bad, and it is a whole different level this year so far.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Newly hired employees don't seem to integrate well with the existing team, and turnover is really high across the board. New employees don't seem to have a good grasp of what we do (and yet they are getting paid much better) and end up leaving. Many employees are burnt out and left too.
