I don't know. We need a complete make over. Things have been going wild and bad, and it is a whole different level this year so far.
Newly hired employees don't seem to integrate well with the existing team, and turnover is really high across the board. New employees don't seem to have a good grasp of what we do (and yet they are getting paid much better) and end up leaving. Many employees are burnt out and left too.
