What a fall from grace. Continuous changes are crushing the employees' mental health. Ironically that's what we sell to help our customers. This executive team is running the company to the ground.

There are still some people who care. Company has lost many tenure employees over the recent years and more have left this year due to poor management. Lot of conflicts between the remote team and people who have to come to the office.

It's very hard waking up and going to work nowadays. This used to be a great place to work. Unrealistic expectations and constantly changing priorities are driving good employees to leave, and the leadership team don't want to backfill the openings. We are working like sweatshop labor.
