Drive thru, espeically is focused on getting ppl in and out. It's hard to interact with customers on a personal level.
They know how to run a shift. It's senior management that don't see that. They don't experience what we go through every shift and they judge us based on the one day they visit.
My team and I try our best to make drive thru time but our best is considered our worse performance. They do not consider scenarios where customers may change their order or the fact that there are customer who order a lot of items that require more time to make. We only have a linited amount of ppl
