I was hired as a virtual employee, but unfortunately UKG has decided to only hire employees that are local to their offices (which there are many of). I've loved the supportiveness of my team and the opportunities to travel to see them.

Everyone works together to find solutions. My team is also really great about sharing knowledge with each other.

I love hearing how helpful our customers find new features we release. I also like solving complex problems with my team.

If a decision or directive is announced, they always follow up with emails or videos for why they chose to go in that direction. If I have questions about anything, my manager has access to answers.

I love my team so much! Everyone is so helpful and easy to get in touch with. Nobody gets frustrated at you if you need to ask the same question 10x before you understand. Everyone supports each other.
