What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team as a whole support each other in assuring that the entire team succeed. I think that is huge to see from leadership that one is not trying to progress over the other and the entire leader group is there for each employee!

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are encouraged to assist one another. This builds comradery, trainers, and leaders. I like that I can go to anyone on my team to discuss something that they recently experienced and talk issues through.

Complete lack of written and clear policy and procedures with the excuse constantly given that things change too much. Nonsense!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As described by my supervisor Roger Britton, I'm invested to treat this as my own company. I can structure project time, training time, and home time. Giving me the ability to have a great work/mental/education/life balance! To me this is the Perfect recipe to success!
