All of the leaders in my department are really open and encourage positive and negative feedback. There has not been a project that I worked on yet, that they could not help with, because they strive to learn all the processes that occur within the team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Many of the benefits we receive cannot be labeled as standard. We get medical/dental/vision and it is 100% paid. We get a 401K, with a 45% match. We get PTO that is unlimited to fit your needs. And on top of all those we have unique benefits that foster our families, personal interest etc.
