I came from companies that valued their personal wants over the needs of their employees. I knew the definition of "toxic work environment". It was sad to think that finding a "work home" was impossible. Until I did. I will always be grateful for the opportunities our company provides us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leader we have living up to the things he says and then inspiring everyone else to do the same. The people around you supporting you not because they have to but because they want to see you succeed. Genuine interactions all around!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is not afraid to be transparent with us. They share the good and the bad. They listen to us. They take action based on what our U Krewers say. They encourage and support us not just in our work life but in our personal life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They live up to our values. They each work hard to be there for one another. They value team over the individual. Its an incredible feeling knowing that you start off a relationship with these people because you both choose to work at the same place and that relationship easily turns into friendship
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Many of the benefits we receive cannot be labeled as standard. We get medical/dental/vision and it is 100% paid. We get a 401K, with a 45% match. We get PTO that is unlimited to fit your needs. And on top of all those we have unique benefits that foster our families, personal interest etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the role I am in because I am working with people who all feel embowered to do their best, to speak up when they feel like they need too and who truly want to help make this place as successful as possible. We also have so many company activities it makes coming into work fun.
