What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are fairly new so they are still working on showing us who they are.

My leadership team walks the walk and takes care of business. They care about my mental health and strive for work life balance. They are excellent coaches and help me to attain both my personal and professional goals.

The best part about the leadership team is that no matter what leader you work with they make you feel welcome and support you 100% to succeed. My personal manager is hands down the best leader I have worked for in my entire career. She allows me to do my work and is always there for me!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hands down the medical benefits. My wife and I recently welcomed our first child and with all of the appointments and the delivery I spent very little out of pocket. Also, the 401k match is by far the best I have had. While my salary is a little lower than I had previously, the benefits offset that.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together to help each other grow and understand issues and help each other's customers. We truly work as a team. I've never seen that before.

I love my other UltiPeeps! I have built lasting friendships since joining Ultimate and no matter who you work with we are all family and you really feel that. I know that if I need help or coverage there is always 2-3 people willing to jump in and help!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ultimate truly puts People First. Even with the growth we've had the emphasis on work life balance and protecting our Peeps has always been first on the leaders minds. I also love the acceptance and belonging that Ultimate fosters. I have never felt more included in a company than I do here!

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was quizzed on how to handle some things. They do this to make sure we know what we are doing. This led to us working with good people who do our share of work.

They really get to know you. They work hard to find the right position for you. So if you interview in one area and would work better in another, they will pass your resume along rather than just say no.

I loved the detail and thoroughness of our process. Ultimate is not an easy place to get into but after joining it makes perfect sense. We have a tremendous culture and we do everything we can to protect that.
