I love not dealing with the corporate politics. Working from home is nice. I do work a little later but it averages out considering i dont have to commute every day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together to help each other grow and understand issues and help each other's customers. We truly work as a team. I've never seen that before.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was quizzed on how to handle some things. They do this to make sure we know what we are doing. This led to us working with good people who do our share of work.
