I love that my health benefits are fully paid by my employer, I love our 401k match.

I feel that I am paid very well for what I do. The 100% employer-paid benefits just add to that. Not to mention the high 401(k) match, short-term bonuses, and long-term private company stock and dividends, I don't think any organization can compete with UKG!

I was quizzed on how to handle some things. They do this to make sure we know what we are doing. This led to us working with good people who do our share of work.

They really get to know you. They work hard to find the right position for you. So if you interview in one area and would work better in another, they will pass your resume along rather than just say no.
