UKG is the best company that I've worked for! The perks can't be beat and opportunity is there. However, what's kept me around are the people. I feel the folks I work with are the best in the HCM industry!
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being able to work on special projects that drive innovation and the long-term strategy and solutions that UKG builds for customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that I am paid very well for what I do. The 100% employer-paid benefits just add to that. Not to mention the high 401(k) match, short-term bonuses, and long-term private company stock and dividends, I don't think any organization can compete with UKG!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're always there for each other. Anytime I need something, that person often drops what they're doing and they help me out, and I do the same for them. That's the culture that we have at UKG, not just amongst my team but across teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency they show about what's affecting the company both good and bad. The concerns that I have are put on the table in their company-wide talks and events, and they let us know that the issues are known and what they're doing to improve it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is here to see you succeed. I can reach out anytime to anyone from any team from individual contributor to a director, and they take time out of their busy day to help you in that moment. That's one of the things that I love the most about UKG.
