They seem like down-to-earth people with an understanding of what life for a regular employee is like. I also love how they always thank our families and remind us to spend time with our families. I enjoy being at a company that doesn't act like they own you.

The benefits. Having my medical insurance fully covered is incredible and the 401k match is unlike any other company.

Rather then doing things just to complete the task does not enhance their knowledge about the product and domain. They should be more focused on quality and provide new ideas to improve the process for all as a team.

Currently Working from home I like most because then we can totally focus on our core work and productivity else in office you also need to focus on corporate etiquette and other stuff.
