Till the time I joined the company I am very happy when I came to know about the person and benefit that company provided and how it value its employees also few time I visited the office the environment is very good and package the company is currently offer to me is meeting market standards.

UKG value people not as an employee but a person as well. Honestly speaking I am very glad to be part of this Organisation.
What makes you most happy at work?
Currently Working from home I like most because then we can totally focus on our core work and productivity else in office you also need to focus on corporate etiquette and other stuff.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Rather then doing things just to complete the task does not enhance their knowledge about the product and domain. They should be more focused on quality and provide new ideas to improve the process for all as a team.
