I am learning all new things, concepts and processes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has both a sense of humor and a willingness to take action.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really am impressed with everyone's attitudes overall. There is a a warmth that the department I work in, exudes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All of the leaders in my department are really open and encourage positive and negative feedback. There has not been a project that I worked on yet, that they could not help with, because they strive to learn all the processes that occur within the team.
