Love the company and my work, but there needs to be more competitive hourly/salary rates, especially if asking for candidate to have a degree. Most positions at my location start at $11 - $13 per hour. Same as a lot of fast food places. Shouldn't be that way in my opinion.

Being given a project to work on and the freedom and trust from my manager and supervisor to get it done on time.

Love my direct supervisor and manager. The "leadership" team needs to understand what we "little people" do on a day to day in order for our facility to run better. Seems they don't care about that. We are understaffed and overworked. The "leadership" team DO seem to care about THEIR bonuses though.
