Leaders at UL are accessible and eager to receive inputs and feedback from any employee at any level in the company. My manager not only does her job well, but cares deeply about the people on her team and supports them through good times and tough ones.

The leadership team in my immediate group is focused, and a group of top notch professionals. We all work remotely however no matter how far; if some of us are in China or New York we are one team focusing on one mission and I truly believe that is due to the leadership.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like the AEIP program

The compensation package is complete, with a fair salary, decent benefits, and the opportunity for bonuses/profit-sharing based on company and individual employee performance.

AEIP - this where working together as a cohesive team pays off. While we can all work hard individually to get a merit increase each year, collectively the AEIP shows how strong we can be.

We work well together and seem to care about each other.

I dont recall, but it seemed very thorough.

The interview process is designed to understand how employees would exhibit our company's "Critical Behaviors for Success" in the executive of their work. This tells you a lot about HOW a person works, not just about their skills.
